Preferred Contracting and Construction

Preferred Contracting and Construction works out of Oakdale as a roofing and exterior contractor for the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. Homeowners can book roof replacement, roof repair, emergency repair and roof inspections, with asphalt shingle and metal roofing installations as the specialty. Storm and hail damage repair is a core service, and the company helps homeowners with the insurance claim from filing through the finished work. Beyond roofs it installs siding, gutters, windows and doors, and it also takes commercial roofing. A free quote or assessment is offered, and the company calls itself licensed and insured. Its project pages include a Cottage Grove exterior upgrade and a Stillwater storm damage repair, and one hail claim was finished as a roof, siding and gutter restoration.
